The purpose of this technical meeting was to give visibility to the innovation opportunities detected by the Alicante Science Park and other related entities, in one of the priority areas identified by the Valencian Agency of Innovation (AVI), such as enabling technologies and digitization of representative sectors of our community, dedicating this Webinar to a sector as representative as Tourism.
In this session, different parts of the value chain were addressed, as well as identifying the keys to the competitiveness of the sector, connecting the large areas of digital transformation and sustainability.
After the webinar, a period of generation and promotion of dialogue was opened to propose challenges and solutions between research and business, through the Innotransfer platform, in which acted as connectors the five public universities of the Valencian Community, science parks, Technological Institutes, companies and business associations. This instance tried to be the trigger for new innovation projects that contribute to technological and competitive development of the territory.
