Ingredalia es una empresa participada por grandes y medianas empresas agroalimentarias y un centro tecnol\u00f3gico, centrada en la valorizaci\u00f3n de subproductos generados en el procesado de vegetales. Ingredalia ha conseguido industrializar el proceso bajo patente para la valorizaci\u00f3n de los subproductos del procesado del br\u00f3coli, que permite la extracci\u00f3n de sulforafano y glucosinolatos. Estos compuestos se han se\u00f1alado como muy beneficiosos por sus efectos promotores de la salud, entre otros para el sistema inmunitario en humanos y otros animales, en numerosos estudios cl\u00ednicos y trabajos de investigaci\u00f3n publicados. En la actualidad, los productos comercializados son Sulforaphan-Smart (fitoqu\u00edmico natural con actividad inmunoestimulante) y Brasphenol (extracto vegetal rico en polifenoles con actividad antioxidante).<\/p>\n
