Obstaculiza el desarrollo y el acceso a la financiaci\u00f3n dedicada o no, la evaluaci\u00f3n del riesgo de cr\u00e9dito y la transferencia y replicabilidad de los proyectos y las inversiones en todas las regiones y jurisdicciones.<\/p>\n<p>El Grupo de Expertos en Financiaci\u00f3n de la Econom\u00eda Circular propone un sistema de categorizaci\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda circular defina categor\u00edas de actividades que contribuyan sustancialmente a una econom\u00eda circular. Las actividades deben cumplir una serie de criterios m\u00ednimos para que se considere que contribuyen sustancialmente a la econom\u00eda circular.
