Una condici\u00f3n clave para que estas innovaciones circulares funcionen es conectar mejor la pol\u00edtica, la legislaci\u00f3n y la normativa sobre el terreno.<\/p>\n<p>Esta gu\u00eda se ha elaborado para ayudar a los reguladores, a los responsables pol\u00edticos y a las empresas a facilitar y llevar a cabo estas innovaciones, y a afrontar algunos de los retos comunes.
