{"id":263708,"date":"2025-09-18T08:52:44","date_gmt":"2025-09-18T08:52:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/innoecotur.webs.upv.es\/?p=263708"},"modified":"2025-09-18T08:52:44","modified_gmt":"2025-09-18T08:52:44","slug":"lab-hot-ec-participa-en-icrs-2025-12th-international-conference-on-social-responsibility-ethics-and-sustainable-business","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/innoecotur.webs.upv.es\/en\/lab-hot-ec-participa-en-icrs-2025-12th-international-conference-on-social-responsibility-ethics-and-sustainable-business\/","title":{"rendered":"Lab Hot-EC participa en ICRS 2025 (12th International Conference on Social Responsibility, Ethics and Sustainable Business)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Congreso Internacional de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa (ICSR Conference 2025), celebrado el 11 y 12 de septiembre en la Universidad de Alicante, reuni\u00f3 a investigadores, profesionales y responsables de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas con el objetivo de\u00a0<strong>avanzar en el conocimiento y la promoci\u00f3n de pr\u00e1cticas de sostenibilidad y responsabilidad social en el \u00e1mbito empresarial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El Congreso puso el foco en cuestiones clave como:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El desarrollo de\u00a0<strong>modelos de negocio sostenibles y competitivos<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>El papel de la\u00a0<strong>localizaci\u00f3n <\/strong>como herramienta para reforzar la resiliencia de las empresas (evolucionar, anticiparse, adaptarse y responder a los cambios).<\/li>\n<li>La importancia de fomentar el\u00a0<strong>debate en torno a las barreras que dificultan la implementaci\u00f3n de la RSC y la econom\u00eda circular <\/strong>en las organizaciones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En esta edici\u00f3n, el equipo del proyecto\u00a0<strong>Lab Hot-EC<\/strong>, vinculado a la Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Val\u00e8ncia, tuvo un papel destacado con la participaci\u00f3n del Investigador Principal del Proyecto, <strong>\u00c1ngel Peir\u00f3 Signes<\/strong>, quien present\u00f3 la keynote\u00a0<em>\u201cNo Time to Waste: Measuring Circularity as the First Step Toward Resilient Hospitality\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>En su intervenci\u00f3n, se presentaron los resultados <strong>de\u00a0Lab Hot-EC<\/strong>, centrado en el dise\u00f1o de una herramienta de\u00a0autoevaluaci\u00f3n de econom\u00eda circular para hoteles, que permite medir y mejorar el grado de circularidad de los establecimientos tur\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n<p>Durante su ponencia, el Prof. Peir\u00f3 destac\u00f3 una serie de orientaciones clave para <strong>directivos y responsables de hoteles y restaurantes<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La circularidad es grat\u00eds:<\/strong>\u00a0Muchas de las acciones para mejorar la circularidad no requieren inversi\u00f3n sino una forma diferente y m\u00e1s eficiente de operar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Medir es el primer paso<\/strong>: sin datos no es posible mejorar ni tomar decisiones informadas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aprovechar la tecnolog\u00eda y la IA<\/strong>: su valor radica en ofrecer informaci\u00f3n \u00fatil para tomar acci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Visibilidad y compromiso<\/strong>: los gerentes deben estar donde se desarrollan las operaciones, escuchar a los empleados, formarlos y darles espacio para pensar y actuar. La circularidad exige compromiso visible.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No poner obst\u00e1culos a la circularidad:<\/strong> En muchos casos clientes y empleados est\u00e1n motivados hacia la circularidad (no desperdiciar, reciclar\u2026) pero una mala gesti\u00f3n (ej. no disponer de elementos de separaci\u00f3n de residuos, utilizar amenities the uso individual) impide que sean m\u00e1s circulares.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En el \u00e1mbito de las <strong>pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas<\/strong>, el Prof. Peir\u00f3 subray\u00f3 que las instituciones tienen un papel fundamental en la creaci\u00f3n de un entorno que favorezca la circularidad empresarial. Sus principales recomendaciones fueron:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Definir la visi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica<\/strong>: decidir si la regi\u00f3n prioriza la calidad frente a la cantidad, gestionar capacidad y crecimiento.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fomentar tecnolog\u00edas que apoyen la toma de decisiones<\/strong>: priorizar aquellas soluciones que proporcionen informaci\u00f3n \u00fatil y accionable.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fomentar pol\u00edticas\u00a0<\/strong>que gu\u00eden a las empresas hacia la sostenibilidad, las empresas no siempre son proactivas y se requiere un impulso normativo para transitar hacia modelos circulares.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Impulsar est\u00e1ndares y sellos de reconocimiento <\/strong>que permitan medir, evaluar y visibilizar el desempe\u00f1o en circularidad de los establecimientos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Crear redes de apoyo y servicios especializados <\/strong>que faciliten la transici\u00f3n hacia modelos circulares.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Con esta participaci\u00f3n, el equipo de\u00a0<strong>Lab Hot-EC<\/strong>\u00a0refuerza su compromiso con la\u00a0<strong>transferencia de conocimiento<\/strong>\u00a0entre universidad y empresas, consolid\u00e1ndose como un referente en la promoci\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda circular aplicada al turismo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Congreso Internacional de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa (ICSR Conference 2025), celebrado el 11 y 12 de septiembre en la Universidad de Alicante, reuni\u00f3 a investigadores, profesionales y responsables de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas con el objetivo de\u00a0avanzar en el conocimiento y la promoci\u00f3n de pr\u00e1cticas de sostenibilidad y responsabilidad social en el \u00e1mbito empresarial.
