Nuestro equipo participa con dos comunicaciones que conectan directamente investigaci\u00f3n y aplicaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica en sostenibilidad para el sector tur\u00edstico<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Marival Segarra<\/strong> ha presentado el trabajo <em>\u201cFrom environmental values to travel choice: a study on consumers of ecolabelled accommodations\u201d<\/em>, que analiza los factores que influyen en la elecci\u00f3n de alojamientos con la <strong>Etiqueta Ecol\u00f3gica de la Uni\u00f3n Europea (EU Ecolabel)<\/strong>. El trabajo, basado en una encuesta a m\u00e1s de 26.000 ciudadanos europeos (<em>Flash Eurobarometer 535<\/em>), demuestra que el perfil m\u00e1s proclive a elegir alojamientos certificados corresponde a <strong>mujeres, personas mayores de 40 a\u00f1os y residentes urbanos<\/strong>, especialmente cuando valoran la sostenibilidad en sus decisiones de compra y conf\u00edan en la certificaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00c1ngel Peir\u00f3<\/strong> ha presentado la comunicaci\u00f3n <em>\u201cA self-assessment tool for evaluating circular economy in food service establishments\u201d<\/em>, en la que ha dado a conocer la herramienta de autodiagn\u00f3stico desarrollada por el equipo.
